Do I need an Eminence Account to buy something from the Store?
No

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on a combination of factors including the shipping method, the weight of the order, and the distance shipped.

Where can I ship my Eminence Store orders?
Orders from the Eminence Store can only be shipped to a physical address. We cannot provide shipping to any PO Box, APO or FPO (military addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What shipment options are there?
Shipping is by SAL only. Japan Post's Standard Economy Airmail

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the Eminence Store accepts international orders.

How long does international shipping take and how much does it cost?
International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. The cost varies by distance, customs laws, and other factors. You are responsible for any applicable tariffs and/or taxes associated with your order, and may be required to pay additional charges on delivery. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.

I live in the United States but my order says that it will be shipping internationally. Why is this happening?
Due to the high standard of printing, packages are produced in Japan, shipping as such takes place out of Japan.

Why hasn't my international order shipped yet?
Certain international orders may take more time to process due to the nature of international shipping rules and regulations.


Billing/Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently the Eminence Store accepts payments through the Paypal service, which also includes all credit cards supported by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card.

What do the various order status messages mean?
Here are the most common invoice statuses that appear on your order: * Pending – The order is waiting on standard payment processing timeframes or inventory availability.
* Processed – The order payment has been processed.
* Complete – The order has been shipped and the order is now complete.
These are some other status messages that may appear under certain conditions:
* Refund - The order status has been set to be refunded to the customer.
* Canceled – The order has been canceled.

When do I get automated emails?
You should receive an email notification when an order you placed is submitted, complete, refunded, or cancelled.


Returns/Cancellations

How do I return something I purchased from the Eminence Store?
Products damaged in shipping may be returned for exchange at Eminence's discretion. Please contact sales@eminenceonline.com.

Under what conditions can I cancel an order?
If you have ordered and item and it has yet to ship, the option to cancel an order may be available, Please contact sales@eminenceonline.com for further information.
